Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify
• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and Shopify themes according to project requirements
• Convert Figma and Adobe XD designs into functional web pages
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO-friendliness
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver engaging website experiences
• Troubleshoot technical issues and debug website errors
• Manage website backups, updates, and security measures
• Test websites across different browsers and devices
• Assist clients with CMS training and website maintenance
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of PHP and Shopify Liquid
• Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of Shopify store setup and customization
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web design
• Familiarity with website performance optimization and SEO best practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies
